With Scratch, you can program your own interactive stories, games, and animations. Scratch helps young people learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively — essential skills for life in the 21st century. The ability to code computer programs is an important part of literacy in today’s society. When people learn to code in Scratch, they learn important strategies for solving problems, designing projects, and communicating ideas. (Scratch Website)

Scratch is free programming site by MIT. Many schools use their program. We have some amazing lessons to share whether your child is a beginner or more advanced.  With this class, we want your child to be able to understand and use Scratch to learn to code and create amazing programs. This class is a blast creating games and animations. Our programming curriculum is full of fun thought provoking lessons! By the end of this class students will create their own program or game and be able to program at home! Also, they can use Scratch all summer long to keep up with their programming! This class is every Tuesday for 6 weeks.
